Jean-Claude is a "Smooth Criminal"

Class Project for my Character Design called Car and Owner. Supposed to design a character to match the car. I ended up changing the original car to match the character. My original intent was a steam-punk, smooth mastermind-esque gangster. A mix of Will Smith from "Wild, Wild West" and the main villain from Luke Cage (Season 1). But I like where the character led me.
